Obiettivi formativi | Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione (knowledge and understanding). Lo studente dovrà dimostrare una conoscenza almeno sufficiente degli argomenti indicati nel programma; dovrà dimostrare la capacità di comprendere la materia, con riguardo tanto agli istituti analizzati quanto ai princípi e alle regole che governano il sistema costituzionale della Francia. Dovrà dimostrare, inoltre, di saper elaborare testi e sostenere una conversazione in lingua francese a partire dagli argomenti trattati corrispondente al livello B1 del QCER. |

Metodologie didattiche | L’attività didattica si svolge mediante lezioni frontali. Le esercitazioni di lingua francese saranno tenute dalla dott.ssa Claudine Galtieri. |
Metodi di valutazione | L'esame prevede una prova scritta di lingua francese, superata la quale si accede alla prova orale specialistica. |

Programma del corso | Il corso di Lingua francese si rivolge a quanti vogliono acquisire una competenza linguistica relativa alla lingua francese e alla lingua di specialità in ambito giuridico. Per quanto riguarda la parte specialistica, saranno studiati i concetti di base dell’ordinamento giuridico dello Stato francese unitamente alla sua struttura costituzionale, anche alla luce delle importanti novità degli ultimi anni. Specifica attenzione sarà dedicata al grande “contenitore” della Francophonie, intesa quale spazio segnato oggi sempre più da diversità geografiche, ambientali, politiche, culturali, linguistiche, religiose. |

Contents | The course is structured around the volume Les mots du droit et de la politique, born from the intersection of teaching experience and theoretical reflection. The main study topics are illustrated below: |

Course objectives | Knowledge and understanding. The student must demonstrate at least sufficient knowledge of the topics indicated in the program; will have to demonstrate the ability to understand the subject, with regard both to the institutions analyzed and to the principles and rules governing the constitutional system of France. He will have to demonstrate, moreover, to be able to process texts and to hold a conversation in French starting from the topics covered corresponding to level B1 of the CEFR. |

Teaching methods | The teaching activity takes place through lectures. French language exercises will be taught by Dr. Claudine Galtieri. |
Evaluation methods | The exam includes a written test of French language, after which you enter the specialized oral test. |

Course Syllabus | The French Language course is aimed at those who want to acquire linguistic competence in French and in the language of specialty in the legal field. As for the specialized part, the basic concepts of the legal system of the French State will be studied together with its constitutional structure, also in the light of the important innovations of recent years. Specific attention will be devoted to the large "container" of Francophonie, understood as a space increasingly marked today by geographical, environmental, political, cultural, linguistic and religious diversity. |
